Location: Summit Park Communities, Roxborough, PA
Position Type: Part-Time
Availability: Must have Saturday evening availability

UCH is seeking a motivated and responsible Bouncer to work in a fast-paced full-service Clubhouse located in the heart of our community at Summit Park Apartments (). We encourage our residents to ‘Have Fun Where You Live’ and this role is critical in ensuring they can do just that!

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain the safety and security of patrons and staff
• Check for valid IDs to ensure legal age & residency compliance
• Watch the crowd for altercations and/or unruly patrons or guests
• Address and de-escalate conflicts professionally and respectfully
• Enforce venue rules and policies while maintaining a friendly demeanor
• Assist in crowd control and ensure capacity limits are adhered to
• Protect company property and equipment from damage
• Assist bartender in stocking the bar as needed

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Background Check Required
• Personable and friendly attitude
• A bility to multi-task
• Prior experience in security, crowd control, or a related role is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure
• Availability on Saturday evenings is required
