Our spice blends are developed and manufactured in multiple state-of-the-art facilities in the US, Brazil, and New Zealand using only the highest quality, freshest ingredients to ensure the consistent delivery of premium products.

Located at our Distribution Center in Lowell, IN, the Warehouse Associate is responsible for the movement of goods and loading and unloading all inbound and outbound trucks.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Load and unload all outbound and inbound freight
• Using handheld scanners and paperwork to verify all shipments and enter data accurately into WMS system
• Picking and safely transporting pallets within distribution center to and from designated racking positions or staging areas
• Perform inventory counts, quality control inspections, and maintenance as needed
• Keep inventory up to date on supplies and request restock as necessary
• General housekeeping of the warehouse space, trucker area, parking lot, and exterior grounds

What We Are Looking for in a candidate:

• Experience operating warehouse equipment including sit-down forklift, reach truck, and pallet jack
• Experience with regulated, food grade warehouse environment is preferred
• Experience using Warehouse Management System (WMS) a huge plus
• Must possess valid drivers' license and reliable transportation

• Must have the ability to perform physical activities including, but not limited to, repeated bending at the waist, stretching, twisting, and lifting 50+ pounds from ground level
