Job Description

Job Summary The Delivery Driver at Jim Falk Automotive Group is a full-time individual contributor role, responsible for safely driving vehicles between our Kahului, HI office to our suppliers and other designated sites. An excellent delivery driver should be trustworthy, organized and familiar with the surrounding area. The Delivery Driver will ensure that all items are transported safely, efficiently and in perfect condition. Compensation & Benefits This position comes with a competitive salary of $17/hr, paid biweekly. In addition, Jim Falk Automotive Group offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision and 401(k) plan. Responsibilities

Transport parts between company, supplier, customer locations, and other designated sites.
Ensure the safe transportation and handling of customer and company vehicles at all times.
Adhere to all safety regulations and traffic laws while driving.
Prepare appropriate paperwork for all delivered vehicles, as necessary.
Assess daily vehicle transport needs and coordinate with appropriate personnel for any necessary vehicle operations or instructions.
Load, unload, or assist in loading and unloading vehicles.
Carry out any other duties assigned.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Must be willing to travel in Kahului and its surrounding areas, as necessary.
Previous experience as a delivery driver preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to follow instructions and complete routes in a timely manner.
Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check.
