Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatrician (Bilingual Spanish) to join a Skilled Family Medical Center in the Bronx, NY. This center is committed to providing the highest quality care to its patients. New graduates are welcome to apply, and bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required to effectively serve the diverse patient population.

Qualifications:

• Education: MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Licensure: Active New York State Medical License and Board Certified in Pediatrics.
• Experience: New graduates are welcome; clinical experience in pediatrics is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in pediatric assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning; knowledgeable in eClinicalworks EMR.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, empathy, and cultural competency; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive pediatric care, including well-child visits, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver patient-centered care.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
