Physician and Provider Relations and Outreach Liaison, Hospital Generalist – Amarillo, TX

Our client, a leading health system serving the Texas Panhandle and Tri-State area, is seeking a Physician & Provider Relations and Outreach (PPRO) Liaison – Hospital Generalist. This critical role focuses on strategic business development and provider engagement to enhance service line performance and expand market share.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market & Data Analysis – Assess service line volume, market share, and referral trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Strategic Planning – Develop and execute growth strategies tailored to each service line, aligning with business objectives.
• Provider Engagement – Build and maintain relationships with community hospitals, clinics, and referring providers through regular outreach and site visits.
• Collaboration with Leadership – Work closely with hospital and medical group leadership to implement outreach initiatives and track performance against financial and business goals.

Qualifications:

🔹 Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of sales or related experience, with at least 2 years in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics and referral patterns.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze data and develop targeted outreach plans to drive growth.
  • Communication & Relationship Management: Proven ability to build strategic partnerships and increase engagement with physicians and healthcare providers.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently while aligning with organizational goals.

Ideal Candidate:

• Local candidates preferred – Familiarity with the Amarillo healthcare market is a strong advantage.
• Relocation considered – Candidates with prior experience in the Amarillo area are encouraged to apply.
