You will help deliver care across the entire spectrum of primary care – with internal medicine, family medicine, pediatrics, geriatrics and women’s health services. Providing financial support by processing charges, reconciling daily receipts as well as identifying and correcting errors in billing. Assisting direct patient care providers with electronic and paper correspondence. Participating on a planned care team. Attending departmental meetings. And other duties as assigned.
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED is required. One year of experience working in an outpatient medical setting is preferred. Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese or Haitian Creole preferred. Experience working on a Planned Care Team preferred. Must possess excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
