A leading, highly reputable Private Equity shop based in the center of Atlanta, GA is looking to expand at the Associate level in 2025. The team is investing out of their ninth fund with plans to fund-raise for the tenth towards the end of 2025. The fund has seen incredible success throughout its long history and is back on the recruiting market for the top talent in the area.

Private Equity Associate Responsibilities:

• Help drive all stages of the investment process, including sourcing, diligence, structuring, and portfolio management, with a focus on companies in the technology, software, & HCIT verticals.
• Collaborate closely with the senior leadership team members to analyze and execute transactions.
• Develop and maintain industry relationships to generate proprietary deal flow
• Help lead deal-related analysis, financial modeling, and presentations for investment committee review.

Private Equity Associate Qualifications:

• Top-tier college degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Accounting is preferred but not required
• Two to three years of investment banking, financial services, or consulting experience (technology experience preferred)
• Superior modeling, problem-solving, analytical, and research skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills, including ability to interact thoughtfully with portfolio company management teams
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and meet demanding deadlines
• Ties to the Southeast (specifically Atlanta)
