Role & Responsibilities

We are looking to immediately add an Associate, to be based in West Palm Beach, FL. As the Associate, you will be focused on investment execution and portfolio company management. You will work closely with the Partner and Vice President located in West Palm Beach on new deal execution and management while also supporting other L2 Partners with the existing portfolio. This is a rare opportunity to build transaction experience as well as get involved with portfolio company operations by working with a nimble, energized team led by two seasoned lead Partners who have complementary expertise across investing and value creation execution. 

Primary responsibilities include: 

• Financial analysis, modeling, and market research
• Transaction execution and due diligence support 
• Portfolio company monitoring and value creation support 
• Participation in deal origination efforts

Education and experience must include:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of one year of investment banking experience in an industry group or the M&A group (not credit, wealth management, sponsor coverage, or other adjacencies) - PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AT LEAST ONE FULL YEAR OF INVESTMENT BANKING EXPERIENCE IN THE M&A OR AN INDUSTRY GROUP 
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with preference for individuals with experience in SQL, python or BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• Advanced data analytics capabilities, with preference for experience processing and visualizing large data sets
