A Middle-Market Private Equity firm in the Miami region is looking to add on an Experienced Associate to their team. This individual would have spent 2 years in Investment Banking and have 6-24 months of Buyside experienced. The firm focuses on investing into the Businss Services and Consumer industries. They're still on the newer side having only been around several years but have made a quick splash in the market having hired individuals from some of the most prestigious organizations in the US, specifically those with experience working in both the US and Overseas markets. The individual that joins as an experienced Associate will recieve strong mentorship and the ability to move up in the company without the need of going back to school and getting an MBA.
