Location: Various locations across Massachusetts

The Program Manager/Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the planning implementation and evaluation of the organization s programs. This role involves working closely with staff volunteers and community partners to ensure program effectiveness and alignment with the organization s mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement program plans goals and objectives.
• Oversee daytoday program operations and ensure program quality.
• Monitor program budgets and expenditures.
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate program outcomes and impact.
• Prepare program reports and updates for senior management and funders.
• Recruit train and supervise program staff and volunteers.
• Foster relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in social work public administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management or coordination.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and use it to improve program performance.
• Proficiency in program management software and tools.
