As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in managing and supporting commercial lighting projects. We're looking for someone with strong mathematical aptitude, excellent customer service skills, and a keen eye for detail. This role requires a self-starter with outstanding organizational skills, excellent time-management abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize advanced math skills to ensure the accuracy of change orders, billing, job reconciliations, and maintain profit levels.
Communicate effectively with electricians, vendor representatives, and general contractors through clear and professional written and verbal communication.
Manage construction schedules, expedite orders, and ensure timely project completion with a focus on meeting deadlines.
Maintain a calm and professional demeanor in high-pressure situations, keeping customer satisfaction a top priority.
Be a team player, while also confident in working independently to solve problems and ensure project success.
Apply critical thinking skills to resolve issues quickly and effectively for both customers and the company.
Multi-task efficiently, balancing multiple projects while paying attention to the smallest details.
Demonstrate a strong customer service mindset with enthusiasm for sales and client interactions.
Maintain a proven track record of high performance and exceptional results.
