Job Description

We are seeking for a qualified Quality Assurance Analyst to join our quickly growing Capabilities Team. Candidate should have a deep understanding of systems architecture & design.

The key responsibilities include overseeing the quality assurance process of our company, improving our current deployment pipelines and testing applications end to end

Qualifications

Please note that this job is only hiring candidates that live in the Metro NYC area and can commute to the office.

• Create Manual test cases for product testing and analyze bugs and errors found during tests
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop test plans and test strategies for maximum test coverage
• Identify and document defects using bug tracking tools
• Work closely with product engineering team for defect resolution
• Must have experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Conduct API testing using Postman
• Create high quality reports for stakeholders
• Research and compare similar competitor products
• Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and advancements

What We’re Looking For  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing (1-2 years)
• Hands on experience with Test Management and Defect Tracking tools
• Experience working with Agile teams
• Working experience with SQL, No-SQL Databases
• Experience with API testing using Postman
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Great team player and able to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision
• Able to sit in front of a computer for long hours at a time
• Must live in NYC metro area – role is hybrid

Salary  

$80,000-95,000 annually
