Quality Engineer II
As a Quality Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products in the Industrial Automation (IA) business unit. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality control systems, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the success of our products and the satisfaction of our customers.
You will report directly to our Quality Leader in our El Paso, TX site, and you'll work out of our El Paso, TX location on a 100% on-site work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement and maintain quality control systems
Conduct audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reliability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
Provide technical expertise and guidance on quality-related matters

High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in quality engineering or a similar role
Strong knowledge of quality control systems and methodologies
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
WE VALUE
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as engineering or a related field
ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or similar certification
Experience in the Industrial Automation industry
Knowledge of statistical analysis and quality tools
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
