Qualifications: • Valid real estate broker's license in Illinois. • Proven experience in investment or commercial real estate transactions. • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. • Proficient in market analysis, financial modeling, and investment evaluations. • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Familiarity with CRM systems and technology tools for client management.
