✓ We guarantee a minimum of $15/HR, but all our technicians earn Performance-Based Pay , which includes a percentage of the job, bonuses, tips, and earned paid days off. This means they earn between $15-$25 per hour. Full-time averages $650-$950 per week while averaging $20.00/HR. Trainers earn up to $1000+ while training, $22-$26/HR.
