Position Overview:
As a Residential Solar Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales initiatives for our residential solar product line. You will educate homeowners about the benefits of solar energy, develop tailored solutions, and guide clients through the installation process from initial consultations to project completion. Your role will be vital in achieving our company's growth targets while promoting sustainable energy practices.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow the residential solar segment.
· Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing training and support to improve their performance.
Client Consultation:
· Conduct detailed consultations with prospective customers to assess their energy needs and present tailored solar solutions.
· Educate homeowners about the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy.
Proposal Development:
· Prepare comprehensive proposals, including system design, energy savings estimates, and financing options.
· Present proposals to customers and effectively address their questions and concerns.
Relationship Management:
· Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
· Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor sales metrics and KPI performance, reporting on progress to upper management and adjusting strategies as necessary to meet targets.
Identify market trends and competitor activities to stay competitive in the residential solar landscape.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in residential solar sales or a related field, with a strong sales record.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
Strong understanding of solar energy technology and industry regulations.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for renewable energy.
Ability to work cooperatively in a team-oriented environment.
An understanding of financing options available for solar energy systems is a plus.
