Salary Range: $25.00 per hour

We’re looking for a Sales Support/Admin Specialist to provide crucial administrative and operational support for our sales team. If you have a passion for organization, customer service, and efficiency, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Support: Assist the sales team/CEO with order processing, client communications, and sales documentation.
• Administrative Tasks: Manage schedules, maintain records, and handle data entry to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Customer Relations: Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Coordination & Logistics: Help with scheduling meetings, tracking sales metrics, and coordinating between departments.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement ways to improve sales and administrative workflows.
• Inventory & Reporting: Maintain stock of sales materials and generate reports on sales performance and trends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales support, administrative roles, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software (a plus).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a team-oriented approach.
