Position Overview: ASAR Digital is seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP Project Manager to lead a critical project. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex SAP projects, particularly end-to-end implementations of S/4HANA, CRM, and SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP ERP.
Location: C2C/Full-time at ASAR Office (Not remotely eligible)
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and SNJYA solutions.
• Oversee project planning, requirements gathering, and system configuration.
• Manage end-to-end SAP storefront implementations (e.g., Hybris or SAP Commerce Cloud).
• Execute end-to-end SAP Sales and Service Cloud (CRM) implementations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure project milestones are met.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Utilize JIRA for task management, sprint planning, and issue tracking.
• Ensure data migration, system integration, and user training are executed efficiently.
• Manage both the remote and onsite project team members effectively.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience leading complex SAP projects.
• Successful completion of at least one end-to-end S/4HANA implementation; experience with public cloud installations is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of core S/4HANA modules: SD, Basis, MM, FICO, Sourcing & Procurement, and Supply Chain.
• Experience with at least one end-to-end implementation of SAP Commerce Cloud or similar applications.
• Experience with at least one end-to-end implementation of SAP Sales and Service Cloud (CRM).
• Proficiency in JIRA for project management.
• Ability to manage multiple project tracks simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets and timelines effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data migration and ensuring data integrity during system transitions.
• Relevant SAP certifications (S/4HANA, SAP CRM, SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Activate) are a bonus, but not required.

Travel Requirements:

• Willingness to travel to Vernon Hills at least once per week for onsite client meetings.
