Job Title: SAP S4/Hana Program Manager

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in managing SAP projects, with significant experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations or conversions.
Demonstrated proficiency in SAP Activate or ASAP Project Methodology and SAP S/4HANA Cloud SDK is required.
Successful track record of managing multiple Full Life Cycle Implementations, ensuring end-to-end project delivery.
Strong understanding of SAP functional modules is essential to effectively oversee and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with complex system integrations and external interfaces.
Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.
Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach to follow-up.
Outstanding leadership capabilities, adept at fostering a positive team environment while driving tasks independently.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with all levels of an organization.
Proficiency in project management tools.
Experience with RPA projects is a plus.
