Job Description

We have an opening for a SAP SD Team Lead in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Start date is ASAP and will last 5 MONTHS with 18-24 month extension potential.
Ft Lauderdale FLORIDA --Onsite travel will follow standard expense policy with per diems. Travel is 50X (client pays expenses)

Rate: 100-110/hr plus expenses

Does the resource have experience working with the Fiori applications for SAP SD in S/4HANA?

Does the candidate have a strong working knowledge / experience with E-Commerce integration with SAP?

Does the resource have experience working with Consumer products companies on SAP implementations?

Does the candidate have a basic working knowledge / experience with Salesforce Field Service integration with SAP?

Does the resource have experience preparing functional specification documentation for a full life cycle project as one of the deliverables to support technical development efforts?

Has the resource served in a Team lead role where they interacted with senior Sales leaders on a greenfield implementation?

Does the resource have S/4HANA 1909 or higher experience?

Can the resource travel periodically (1 - 2 times per month) to the client office for workshops, testing sessions and meetings?

Global Design (successful completion of Global Design role will lead to continuation to Build/Deploy phase - approximately 18-24 months)
This resource will be responsible for the following tasks:
- OTC Team Lead Responsibilities
- Facilitating workshops based on the SAP Activate Fit/Gap methodology
- Guiding the SAP SD Organizational structure definition
- Identifying master data requirements, reporting requirements, and security considerations
- Provide input to Organizatiional Change management insights
- Resolving issues and identifying options based on SAP Best practice processes
- Documenting detailed business requirements for quote to cash functionality
- Supporting the preparation of Design Review presentation materials
- Providing knowledge transfer to client resources
- Participating in workshop sessions with Salesforce resources and other Third party providers where it impacts Order to Cash processes
- Designing business processes for the SAP Sales process functionality including integrating to Salesforce Field Services
- Preparing for workshop demonstrations based on SBX system
- Working collaboratively with other Supply chain, Manufacturing, Accounting, and Procurement process team members and client resources
- Using project tracking tools to keep action items and issues associated with assigned tasks up to date
- Providing input to client team lead and PMO for status tracking

Deliverables:

- Process Requirements documentation, per the approved template content
- Detailed Business Process Flows
- Knowledge transfer to client project team members
-Participate as primary, co and/or contributing author on any and all project deliverables associated with their assigned areas of responsibility
-Participate in data migration scope and planning
-Provide best practice and industry specific solutions
-Provide thought leadership as well as hands on technical configuration/development as needed.to support workshop demonstrations
-Participate as a team lead of the functional team
-Perform other duties as assigned.

Acceptance:

The deliverables will be reviewed by the project manager and Team lead for acceptance and adherence to standards prior to sharing with client.

Other:

Contractor must provide their own Windows laptop.
Contractor must have their own licenses to use Microsoft Office products and Microsoft Teams (Excel, Word, PPT, and Visio)
Resource must have a laptop with up to date virus protection software

Ft Lauderdale FLORIDA --Onsite travel will follow standard expense policy with per diems. Travel is not weekly; however, there is an expectation of once per month or twice per month onsite workshops/working sessions as needed.
