The Functional Team Lead for Workplace Solutions & Capital Projects is responsible for leading a global team, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring the successful execution of workplace and capital projects. This role focuses on optimizing workplace solutions, driving collaboration with internal stakeholders, and aligning initiatives with broader corporate strategies. Key Responsibilities Global Leadership & Strategy: -Lead the global team for Workplace Solutions and Capital Projects, providing expertise, guidance, and fostering collaboration. -Define and implement a global strategy for workplace solutions aligned with business objectives and industry best practices. -Collaborate with HR, IT, Sustainability, and other relevant teams to develop an integrated approach to workplace solutions. Workplace Solutions: -Develop standards and frameworks for workplace optimization and space efficiency. -Oversee the management and continuous improvement of workplace solutions in alignment with corporate goals. -Ensure compliance with global real estate and workplace policies. Capital Projects: -Define a global framework for capital project management and oversee its implementation. -Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of capital projects in collaboration with regional teams. -Monitor project performance, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. YOUR PROFILE - Education: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Architecture or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Certifications: Professional certifications are advantageous.
- Experience: Ideally 10+ years of experience in corporate real estate, real estate transactions, or portfolio management.

- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in real estate management software and tools.

The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
