Job Title: Security Guard
Duties:
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises
- Operate and monitor CCTV systems to detect and prevent unauthorized activity
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify potential security risks or breaches
- Respond to alarms and emergency situations in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
- Enforce access control procedures to prevent unauthorized entry
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed
- Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a security guard or relevant position preferred
- Knowledge of security operations and procedures
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment
- Strong observation and surveillance skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
- Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods of time
