Summary:

We are seeking a  Senior Administrative Assistant to serve as a force multiplier for our Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)—a leader overseeing product, sales operations, and carrier relations at NCD. This role is not just about supporting, but about maximizing the CCO’s productivity, ensuring strategic focus, and keeping priorities on track. The right candidate will be  proactive, hyper-organized, and relentlessly solution-driven,  taking ownership of tasks, solving problems before they arise, and ensuring that the CCO can focus on the highest-value work. If you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at creating structure, and finds satisfaction in making executives more efficient, this role is for you.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize & Protect Time: Manage a complex calendar, filter requests, and ensure the CCO is focused on the highest-impact work.
  • Organize & Execute: Maintain structured systems for files, correspondence, and workflows to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Meeting Preparation & Follow-Up: Ensure the CCO is prepared by organizing agendas, compiling briefing materials, and tracking action items.
  • Communication Management: Draft, respond to, and manage email correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
  • Project & Task Ownership: Take charge of key initiatives and ensure progress is being made on critical deliverables.
  • Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve workflow and productivity.
  • Travel & Expense Management: Coordinate complex travel schedules and handle expense reporting with accuracy.
  • Discretion & Professionalism: Handle sensitive information with integrity and maintain confidentiality at all time

Qualifications:

Must-Have Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.
  • Hyper-organized and detail-oriented —nothing falls through the cracks under your watch.
  • Strong decision-making skills —you know how to prioritize and drive focus on the most important work.
  • Proactive problem solver —you don’t wait for direction; you anticipate needs and act accordingly.
  • Excellent communicator —you write and speak clearly, concisely, and with professionalism.
  • Tech-savvy —proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools ( Teams and Zoom ).
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining close alignment with executive priorities.
  • Ability to push back when necessary—protecting the CCO’s time and ensuring focus on what truly matters.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Background in insurance or healthcare.
  • Project management experience with familiarity in productivity and workflow optimization tools such as ClickUp.

NCD Benefits:

  • Company-paid health, dental, life, and disability insurance
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Opportunities for professional development
  • Fully remote role
  • Work-from-home allowance and support
  • A collaborative and high-performance work environment

This is a high-impact, high-trust role  that will shape the success of the CCO and the broader commercial team. If you are obsessed with organization, efficiency, and making things run smoothly , we want to hear from you.

Apply today and help us continue 'Spreading the Smile'!
