Job Description: Senior Strategy Consulting Associate

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Strategy Consulting Associate to join our dynamic consulting team. In this role you will lead key components of client engagements develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges and drive meaningful impact for organizations across a variety of industries. You will work closely with senior leadership manage workstreams and mentor junior team members making significant contributions to both client success and the firms growth.

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Problem Solving and Analysis:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their challenges define objectives and develop strategic solutions.
• Conduct indepth market research competitive analysis and financial modeling to provide actionable insights.
• Develop datadriven recommendations and strategic roadmaps tailored to client needs.
• Prepare and deliver highquality presentations and reports to communicate findings and solutions effectively.

Client Engagement and Relationship Management:

• Lead workstreams or specific project components ensuring timely and highquality delivery of client solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing thoughtful advice and ensuring alignment with their objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients offering insights and support during strategy development and implementation.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple workstreams within consulting engagements coordinating efforts across teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress address risks and ensure deliverables are on track and aligned with client expectations.
• Contribute to project planning scope management and resource allocation.

Business Development and Thought Leadership:

• Assist in the preparation of proposals pitches and marketing materials for new client opportunities.
• Conduct research to identify emerging trends growth opportunities and potential markets for the firm.
• Contribute to thought leadership initiatives such as white papers industry reports and conference presentations.

Leadership and Team Development:

• Mentor and coach junior team members providing feedback and supporting their professional growth.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment that values knowledge sharing and creativity.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to refine consulting methodologies and best practices.

Qualifications: Educational Background:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Finance Engineering or a related field (required).
• Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred but not required.

Professional Experience:

• 5 7 years of experience in strategy consulting management consulting or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead workstreams and deliver impactful client solutions across industries.

Skills and Competencies:

• Advanced analytical and problemsolving skills with expertise in financial modeling and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
• Strong understanding of business strategy organizational design and operational improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Highly organized and detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Proficiency in research tools and databases (e.g. Bloomberg FactSet) is advantageous.
