Sephora SEA is experiencing rapid growth in the region with new store openings and business channels (i.e., Click and collect and marketplace).   The opportunity:       Sephora Internship – Regional Marketing Projects (January to June 2025) – x4 spots available   The Sephora Regional Marketing Team sits in our regional headquarter here in Singapore and is responsible for the ideation of regional strategies & initiatives for exciting campaigns across the region.    Some examples of projects the Intern(s) will be exposed to (each of the 4 interns will be tasked to take on 1 out of the 4 different project domains as follows); House of Sephora & Press Event Creative Ideation, content planning & copywriting  Campaigns to elevate our CRM program & membership program – to elevate consumer loyalty in Sephora as a brand Gift with Purchase Project – to increase the desirability of our Sephora Gift with Purchase opportunities especially for exciting category segments  Sephora Birthday Benefits – enhance the perks of Sephora Beauty Pass to make it an even more rewarding program for our consumers   You will shine here if you enjoy… The opportunity to take the lead from research, analysis, to ideation & pitching of exciting marketing campaigns that will impact the business and bring delight to our customers across the region  Working with a team of passionate marketeers & mentors to bring these projects to life  Leveraging customer insights to further develop and execute a targeted communication strategy  Creating and delivering insights reports and presentations that communicate marketing performance, trends, and actionable insights to stakeholders   We would love to hear from you if you are/have… Able to efficiently multi-task and work well across multiple stakeholders Innovative and creative – continually looking to demonstrate and drive improvement to improve commercial outcomes Eager to learn, hands-on and enthusiastic Highly organized and meticulous Excellent communication and verbal skills  While at Sephora, you’ll enjoy...
