Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated SharePoint Intern to join our team! In this role, you'll help develop and manage SharePoint sites to ensure they work smoothly and efficiently. This is a great opportunity to learn about SharePoint, collaborate with different teams, and contribute to projects that improve our business processes.

 
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing and developing SharePoint site(s).
• Help create and manage workflows, forms, and lists to make business tasks easier.
• Support the team in ensuring SharePoint site(s) is build in a coherent way.
• Troubleshoot and help resolve basic SharePoint issues.
• Be flexible to do other work. you may be assigned to help team members in other areas related to Cloud Operations and/or Architecture Documentations.

Coordination & Collaboration:

• Work closely with various teams and stakeholder to understand their SharePoint needs, collect content and provide effective standardize content.
• Act as a point of contact for SharePoint-related inquiries and support requests.
• Manage user permissions and access controls to ensure data security and compliance.

Project Management:

• Plan and execute SharePoint side build projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Be proactive, follow-up with stakeholder for content and required information.
• Be flexible and bring in a positive and can-do attitude.

Education & Experience:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

• Basic understanding of SharePoint architecture, site structure, and features.
  knowledge of Ms Office Suite.
• Curious and willing to learn while doing and do by learning.
