Job Description

Overview

Lawn Doctor is looking for an individual who oversees and maintains the equipment fleet. He/she oversees a comprehensive preventative maintenance program which includes the repair of failing equipment, keeping records of parts and labor, placing orders for parts/supplies. 

Job Functions

• Inspect, diagnose and repair mechanical defects/failure in all  equipment
• Maintain a preventative maintenance schedule for equipment
• Must keep a detailed set of records for equipment and parts inventory, equipment conditions and cost of repairs * Provide training on all Lawn Doctor equipment to employees
• Spot checks equipment in the field for proper performance and makes necessary adjustments as needed
• Acts as the shop manager and keeps a clean and organized shop

Employment Standards

• Hydraulic troubleshooting, electrical troubleshooting,  Sprayer troubleshooting and repair. 
• Skilled in the use of a variety of equipment repair tools
• Knowledge of computers and record keeping
• Strong attention to detail
• Possession of a valid driver’s license

Salary: $60000.00 to $65000.00 /year-Start
