Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and provide online speech therapy services to K-12 students. This flexible, remote position allows you to work from home while playing a crucial role in helping students improve their communication skills and succeed academically.

Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and effective virtual speech therapy services to K-12 students.
Conduct comprehensive assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and provide continuous support to students.
Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to track progress and ensure student success.
Maintain accurate records, including therapy notes and progress reports, in a timely manner.
Adapt therapy techniques to suit the online learning environment, using interactive and dynamic tools to keep students engaged.

Qualifications:

Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist license.
Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL).
At least 2 years of experience working with K-12 students.
Previous teletherapy experience is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Strong ability to create a positive, interactive virtual therapy environment for students.
