NYC Alliance Company LLC is on the lookout for a dynamic and innovative Sr. Designer specializing in Streetwear. In this pivotal role, you will lead the design process for our exciting Streetwear collections, creating trend-driven and commercially viable pieces that resonate with our youthful, contemporary audience. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that your designs align with our brand's vision and meet market demands.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative design concepts for Streetwear collections in line with current trends and consumer insights
• Create detailed technical sketches, specifications, and presentations for production
• Collaborate effectively with product development, marketing, and merchandising teams to ensure design vision is achieved
• Stay ahead of fashion trends with thorough market research and consumer analysis
• Oversee the entire design process, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines
• Mentor and inspire junior designers, encouraging creative input and collaboration
• Utilize knowledge of fabrics and garment construction to select materials that enhance designs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fashion design, with a strong emphasis on Streetwear
• Robust portfolio evidencing creativity and expertise in Streetwear design
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, and PLM
• In-depth knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and trends in Streetwear
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
• Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects
• Deep passion for street culture, fashion, and emerging trends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
