• Minimum 10 years’ relevant work higher level experience in the manufacturing or logistics industry; 7 years’ experience in materials and inventory management control, ERP systems, warehouse management systems, and wireless scanning systems, preferably in a food manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Report to corporate executive and has 9 direct reports and manages operation of 100+ associates and manages 1M sq ft facility. 
• Exceptional Strategic/hands-on background and requirement.
• Able to work during the packing season (typically late June to early October) requiring extra hours and weekend work.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and supply chain management practices.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control processes and procedures.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, Warehouse Management Systems and wireless scanning systems.
• Manage cycle count process
• Strong background in FIFO, customer complaint resolution, warehouse systems and distribution systems
• Coordination of all order(s) modes of transportation (truck, intermodal, rail & company’s fleet of reusable containers
• USDA and Export orders, HACCP and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) policies.
• Able to work during the packing season (typically late June to early October) requiring extra hours and weekend work.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain & logistics management, or closely related field.
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant work experience in the manufacturing or logistics industry.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in materials and inventory management control, ERP systems, warehouse management systems, and wireless scanning systems, preferably in a food manufacturing environment.
• Experience working in a union environment is preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain & logistics management, or closely related field.
