This role is essential for overseeing the growth and profitability of key product lines within a dynamic and rapidly evolving financial services landscape. The incumbent will design product vision, develop strategies, conduct thorough analysis, and manage compliance to ensure successful market engagement. This position will require close collaboration with various stakeholders and an in-depth understanding of market trends, ultimately driving innovation in payment solutions that meet evolving customer needs.

Accountabilities

• Create and manage an annual strategic plan, marketing plan, and budget aligned with company objectives.
• Forecast line revenue and profitability through market demand analysis and competitive information.
• Develop and implement product commercialization strategies focusing on pricing, advertising, and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with Marketing Services to create promotional materials for products and solutions.
• Engage with member credit unions for market evaluation, research, and pilot testing.
• Analyze market trends to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate competition.
• Publish thought leadership on trends and usage of product lines.
• Communicate initiatives and performance information effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead meetings to support executive committees and communicate progress.
• Maintain current knowledge and best practices within the industry.
• Represent the company at sales meetings, trade shows, and other industry functions.
• Direct the development of product documentation and training materials.
• Conduct technical analysis and determine product direction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7 years in product management, including 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in product budgeting and forecasting.
• Familiarity with the financial or credit union industry and account processing.
