Responsibilities: - Demonstrate inquisitiveness, investigative skills, and action-oriented initiative to deliver solutions to complex operational challenges while identifying new technical tools and capabilities.
- Engage confidently and effectively with customer managers across various levels of responsibility.
- Apply advanced knowledge of operations, and priorities when providing strategic guidance and operational case management.
- Manage programs throughout the customer organization, supporting both traditional operational activities and specialized initiatives.
- Conduct objective reviews of ongoing and potential operations.

Required Qualifications: - Clearance: TS/SCI ++
- Education: Bachelor's degree and at least 7+ years of relevant professional experience
- Writing skills : Strong briefing and writing skills as well as the ability to work well with teams or individually with minimal supervision
- Soft Skills: Initiative, creativity, technical excellence, and strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Additional soft skills : Self-starter who can multi-task and remain calm under pressure with the ability to work both independently and in a group
- Prior experience in supporting operations or familiarity with the Intelligence Community and its objectives
Desired Qualifications: - Experience in Operations / Analysis
- Experience identifying leads through all-source databases
- Experience using customer databases to monitor field traffic and communicate with field offices
