As a Travel Event Coordinator, you'll be the primary contact for clients, helping plan and organize unforgettable events and travel experiences. Your role will involve promoting travel packages, customizing trips, and ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service and attention to detail.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Plan, promote, and book travel-related events, including accommodations, transportation, and activities
  • Engage with clients to understand their travel needs and recommend tailored travel solutions
  • Interact, communicate, and negotiate with clients and vendors to ensure smooth event coordination
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a seamless experience
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop solutions and enhance customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Previous experience in customer service, event planning, or hospitality is a plus but not required
