Position Overview

We’re seeking a  motivated Remote Client Service Manager to lead and support our remote service team. In this role, you’ll work from home, collaborate across multiple time zones, and receive mentorship from our leadership team. As AO continues to grow, this is a unique opportunity for someone eager to  develop into a leadership role .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a  remote service team , ensuring exceptional client satisfaction
• Utilize  virtual communication tools to manage and support team members across locations

Qualifications

• Previous  management experience preferred
• Excellent  communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a  virtual work environment
• Strong desire to  learn, grow, and advance into a leadership position
• Ability to  excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
