Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to warm leads, building rapport and addressing estate planning needs.
Follow a provided script (with flexibility to personalize) and handle objections professionally.
Schedule qualified appointments for outside sales representatives.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Utilize tools like autodialers and collaborate effectively in a remote work environment.
What We're Looking For
Experience: At least 2 years of outbound appointment-setting experience (experience in insurance or financial products is a plus).
Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM tools, autodialers, and the Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities, with excellent telephone etiquette.
Remote Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience working remotely, with a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
Attitude: A friendly, empathetic approach with a focus on delivering value and solutions to others.
Compensation
Weekly Pay: Earn commissions weekly.
Bonuses:
Appointment bonus for each qualified appointment set.
Additional bonus for appointments that result in sales.
This is a 1099 independent contractor position, meaning you'll manage your own taxes and benefits.
