Reporting to the Vice President for Academic Affairs (VPAA), the Divisional Dean is responsible for leading faculty and sustaining a student-centered academic culture that promotes collaboration, innovation, excellence, and integrity in teaching.
This leadership position serves as the first level of academic administration for credit and non-credit programming for the campus, including program development and assessment. This position is also responsible for managing the division budget, teaching and learning assessment, and works in concert with VPAA to recommend faculty appointments, professional development, academic student support (i.e. library, learning centers), and evaluation in adherence to college policy and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in educational leadership
Experience in management of class and teaching schedules
Experience with budget and expenditure management
Experience with collaboration with dual enrollment and university partners
Experience with recruitment and management of faculty and staff
Evidence of external community service
