Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to prepare and serve beverages while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, a friendly personality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Engage with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when needed.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar area, including preparing garnishes and restocking supplies.
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age and ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Process payments accurately using POS systems.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of glassware and bar equipment.
• Monitor guest behavior and intervene when necessary to maintain a safe environment.
• Collaborate with the bar and restaurant team to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience required.
• Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, beer, and wine.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume setting.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Work in a noisy, fast-paced environment.
