We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the financial operations of a world-renowned horse racing facility.

What You'll Do:

Manage financial accounts for horse owners, jockeys, and trainers.
Process payments, disbursements, and reconcile accounts.
Provide exceptional customer service to horsemen and stakeholders.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry and recordkeeping.
Assist with the processing of jockey payroll and stake accounts.
Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures.
What You'll Bring:

5+ years of experience in accounting roles (e.g., bookkeeping, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable).
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial record-keeping.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software.
Experience with accounting software is a plus.
Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred but not required.
