Job Summary: The Caregiver/CNA/HHA is a front line professional Caregiver/CNA/HHA acting as a representative of EVSC(the face of Earthly Vessels) providing the quality services offered by EVSC. The Caregiver/CNA/HHA is to serve as a member of Self-Directed Work Teams among Caregiver/CNA/HHA staff. The position has a wide scope of duties personalized for each client and performed under the auspices and direction of EVSC. The Caregiver/CNA/HHA will work independently of and cooperatively with co-workers and supervisors and therefore must balance good judgement and initiative. The Caregiver/CNA/HHA will provide extraordinary services in compliance with regulatory requirements and the EVSC's Polices and Standard Operating Procedures.
