Clinical Nurse Educator

Shifts:

1. Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities:

1. Staff Development:
2. Develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs for nursing staff.
3. Facilitate hands-on training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
4. Lead orientation programs and support continuous staff development.
5. Program Coordination:
6. Conduct ongoing assessments to identify performance gaps and training needs.
7. Collaborate with leadership to align clinical practices with standards of excellence.
8. Prepare infection rate reports and recommend corrective actions.

Required Qualifications:

1. Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
2. Licensure : Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
3. Experience : Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a teaching or educator role.
4. Skills :
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
6. Strong organizational skills with a passion for teaching and mentorship.
