Job Description

1. Machine Learning Model Development:
* Design and develop ML models for image processing, object detection, and conversational AI.
* Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for domain-specific tasks.
* Implement state-of-the-art speech-to-text (STT) and text-to-speech (TTS) technologies.
2. Research & Innovation:
* Stay updated on the latest advancements in image processing, conversational AI, and computer vision.
* Integrate cutting-edge technologies like YOLO and generative AI models to enhance project capabilities.
3. End-to-End Development:
* Work on data preparation, model training, testing, and deployment in production environments.
* Optimize ML models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
4. Collaboration:
* Collaborate with product managers and other teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
* Guide junior team members and provide mentorship.
5. Deployment & Monitoring:
* Deploy ML models and conversational AI systems into production environments.
* Continuously monitor and improve deployed models for optimal performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
* Technical Expertise:
* Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and OpenCV.
* Hands-on experience with object detection frameworks like YOLO (e.g., YOLOv5, YOLOv8).
* Proficiency in LLMs like GPT, BERT, or similar models.
* Expertise in speech-to-text (STT) tools (e.g., Google Speech-to-Text, Kaldi) and text-to-speech (TTS) systems (e.g., Amazon Polly, Tacotron).
* Solid understanding of image processing techniques.

* Experience:
* 4+ years of experience in machine learning, with expertise in computer vision and conversational AI.
* Proven track record of deploying ML and AI systems in production.

* Strong collaboration and communication abilities.
* Ability to work independently and lead technical projects.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in handling real-time video data and object detection.
* Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure for AI/ML workflows.
* Familiarity with deploying conversational AI systems using cloud-based STT and TTS APIs.
* Exposure to distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Dask) for large-scale ML.
