The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, developing financial strategies, and ensuring the fiscal health of the company. As a key member of the executive team, the Finance Director will play a critical role in driving the financial planning, risk management, and long-term financial goals of HoneyCar. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making by the executive team.
• Manage cash flow, investments, and asset management to ensure financial stability.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Present financial reports and findings to the board of directors and stakeholders.

Income: $120,000 - $265,000 Per Year Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Finance Director or similar role in the automotive or retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in financial software and MS Office Suite.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred but not required.
