This position can be based out of either our Clarksburg, West Virginia or our Morgantown, West Virginia location. Responsibilities: • Represent clients in family law hearings, mediations, and trials • Draft motions, pleadings, settlement agreements, and final orders • Guide clients through complex legal and emotional situations • Collaborate with paralegals and senior attorneys on case strategy • Oversee case files, track progress, and manage deadlines • Communicate regularly with clients and opposing counsel • Occasional travel required across WV Qualifications: What You Need: • Licensed to practice law in West Virginia • Excellent courtroom presence and legal writing skills • Strong communication and client relationship abilities • Confidence under pressure and compassion for people in crisis • Willingness to work independently and as part of a team About Company: Klie Law Offices, PLLC, is a growing litigation firm dedicated to guiding clients through challenging times with honest and efficient service.
