About the Family:  

Loving family in Birmingham, AL (Crestwood North area) is looking for a reliable and caring nanny for their 19-month-old and 3-month-old. They are seeking someone who can provide a nurturing environment and engage with their children throughout the day. They are open to both short-term or longer-term arrangements, depending on the fit. 

Responsibilities: 

• Care for a 19-month-old and 3-month-old. 
• Provide nurturing, educational, and engaging activities for both children. 
• Feed, change, and manage nap schedules. 
• Light housekeeping related to children’s needs (e.g., bottle cleaning, tidying play areas). 
• Flexibility for occasional late afternoons or weekends for date nights. 

Qualifications:  

• Experience caring for infants and toddlers. 
• Comfortable with a full-time schedule. 
• Reliable, patient, and nurturing demeanor. 
• Open to a W-2 position. 
• Additional Information: Rate: $20/hr

Schedule:

• Full-time schedule: 35-40 hours per week. 
• Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (possible earlier on Fridays). 
• Some flexibility needed for occasional late hours (5-5:30 PM) or weekends for date nights (not a dealbreaker). 
• Start date: February 10
