Swanton Energy Services is currently looking for a Helper/Apprentice to join our team.
You will be responsible to assist in installation of air conditioning systems, gas and oil furnaces, gas and oil boilers, mini split AC and IAQ products. Will also be trained on preventive maintenance routines. Learn customer interaction. Regular employee performance reviews to assess skills and knowledge gained. Pay raises with increased responsibility. Lead installers and service techs get iPad or iPhone work devices. Qualifications:Continued training and benefits available. Includes truck for daily use at work if necessary. Hourly pay with commission and spiffs available, personal time off (PTO) days, Regular annual bonus and Overtime opportunities.
