*Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of IT and privacy-related agreements, including professional services agreements, SaaS agreements, data protection addendums, and cloud agreements, as well as data, content, and software license agreements. *Provide strategic legal advice to business teams regarding data collection and processing and privacy compliance. *Providing strategic and practical advice on business initiatives that have data privacy and data protection implications. $130,000 - $150,000
