Summary of Duties:

To clean and repair gaming and amusement equipment. Supports operations and administration of Lab Manager by advising and informing of necessary functions of repair units.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Able to diagnose and repair electric components.
• Have working knowledge of computers.
• Able to work with a meter to measure voltage and current restraints.
• Repair items assigned by the Lab Manager.
• Use judgment as how to best repair items.
• Confer with coworkers on troubleshooting techniques.
• Complete assigned work orders.
• Perform preventive maintenance on assigned items.
• Assist customers with problems and questions.
• Remain current with new technology and products.
• Research parts specifications and availability.
• Assist coworkers as needed.
• Complete appropriate paperwork as it pertains to the task at hand.
• Perform all work in a timely manner.
• All personnel within this job description shall be subject to cross-training into similar jobs within the organization based on Company needs.

Physical Demands:

• The physical demands of this job include light physical activity performing sometimes repetitive tasks of an administrative, productive and/or technical nature that must be met by the employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
• The employee must occasionally stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl and reach with hands and arms.
• The employees must regularly lift 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
