Your Role: Service Technician/Sales Representative

As a dual-service expert and sales professional, you’ll:

• Engage Customers: Build trust and lasting relationships by delivering exceptional service and clear communication.
• Educate & Sell: Present tailored solutions and upgrade opportunities, empowering customers to make informed decisions about their fireplace and chimney needs.
• Provide Services: Conduct cleaning, inspections, small repairs, and diagnostics with precision and professionalism.
• Drive Revenue: Identify and upsell larger repair, restoration, and upgrade projects by understanding customer needs and offering value-driven proposals.
• Follow Through: Ensure every customer interaction ends with satisfaction, confidence, and trust in Rooftop Chimney Sweeps.

What We’re Looking For:

Skills & Experience:

• Sales-driven mindset with 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar field (preferred).
• Mechanically inclined with knowledge of basic hand and power tools (preferred but not required).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.

Personal Qualities:

• Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving results.
• Reliable, physically fit, and comfortable working at heights and in various conditions.
• Ambitious, organized, and eager to learn both technical and sales aspects of the role.
