Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Birthday Party Host or Hostess to join our team at Sky Zone Trampoline Park. The Birthday Party Host is responsible for providing a fun and safe experience for birthday party guests, as well as assisting with set-up and clean-up.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Setup tables and chairs, decorate and assist guests for birthday parties.
• Host birthday parties, serve food, and lead kids to different attractions.
• Assist guests with the check-in process including waivers, safety requirements, and communicating with guests during their event.
• Respond quickly, efficiently, and professionally to guests' requests.
• Keep the party room clean and organized.
• Enforce all safety rules and regulations promptly and professionally, notifying management of any inappropriate behavior that you need assistance with.
• Show up to work as scheduled with a smile and a positive attitude.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or party planning role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Demands

The Birthday Party Host must be able to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Lift and carry up to 20 pounds
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
