Tasks

Key Duties

• Lead enhancements and projects providing guidance to users on optimal solutions for multiple SAP clients.
• Configure SAP SD software and create functional specifications aligned with business requirements.
• Offer highquality support to internal customers globally meeting SLA targets.
• Regularly communicate with end users and managers across different regions and business lines.
• Assist in preparing SAP project proposals detailing time resources and potential risks.
• Train team members and end users on system updates creating and maintaining robust internal documentation.

Requirements

Essential Skills

• 5 years of handson SAP SD configuration experience including full lifecycle project work.
• Proficiency in ABAP debugging (desirable).
• Skilled in translating business needs into functional specifications and simplifying complex IT concepts.
• Ability to leverage technology effectively and learn quickly.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and guiding teams to optimal solutions.
• Clear communicator with the ability to engage with diverse teams and manage expectations.
